Walked a property today, homeowners are selling us their house next week.
Husband wanted to show us the garage, like REALLY wanted to show us the garage. Ok....
The house was cruddy, the garage contained this (1955 Ford Fairlane) Original engine and authentic 1955 license plate. It even runs and sounds like good ol' American Muscle. Selling it separate from the house.
I got a house with a 1986 Plymouth Reliant that only had 50k miles or so, but had sat for a good 10 years. Turns out my flooring contractor also owned a garage. He paid me $300 for the car and within a week his shop employee was driving it. My next flip was right down the street from the shop employees house and I would see the car drive by a few times a week!
