Hey BP I’m here again with another exciting question for you ladies and gentleman. I’m currently looking into an absentee owner property but it’s owned under an “estate of” is there going to be any difficulties when it comes to wholesaling this property?

@Calus Glispie get in contact with owner sometimes just needs more than 1 or 2 signatures but overall lock that property up for a good number watch it fly.
