    @Patricia Mangham depends on how large the deal is, and the location. I have used a firm based in Atlanta. Very smooth. Please provide some more details.

    @Yonah Weiss it’s for wholesaling transactions. Double closing deals , a company that will take any deals as low as 20k to millions
