Hi everyone,
I am looking to purchase some properties in the northwest Arkansas area. I am working with an agent who is a family friend and would like to use them as my buyer's agent. My question is whether a wholesaler could be used in this scenario? If so, any wholesalers in the NW Arkansas area that would like to be in touch?
@Marlina Eckel you might read up on ARKANSAS and the rules/laws in place. I believe if you knowingly buy from someone who’s not on the up and up you get dragged into the mess as well, I’d urge caution. I’m currently on my phone so it’s hard to paste links but if you go back through my recent posts you’ll find some good information posted by @Randy Thomason and @Mark Rogers on the subject.
