Could reits make me the same cash flow as someone who owns a single family rental property ?

@Arty Fresh Most REITs pay single-digit dividends. I think you'd be lucky to make more than 4% or 5% cash flow from a REIT. You can look up the dividends for publicly traded REITs online.

@Arty Fresh I just paid 38k for a house worth 55k. I don't think you'll get that kind of upside with a REIT
