Title Company in Kansas City Area - Back-to-Back Closings?

Can anyone recommend a title company in the Kansas City area (probably on the Missouri side) that can do back to back or simultaneous closings?

This is the type of closing where the end buyers money funds both transactions.

Nope, not in Mo no more as I understand it.......But welcome to BP! I used American Title and Fidelity and we use to do lots of back-to-back deals using the same title search and committments, while you can still get the title issues discounted you'll need good funds to close before you can sell or use seller financing and payoff the note in the second transaction.....Good luck

You might want to try Omega Title Services in Lee's Summit.

    Burke,

Good luck finding someone to do it and if you did and the end buyer find out you could get sued and the escrow/title could lose their license for misuse of funds.
