Does anyone have a Title Company or Real Estate Attorney that is familiar with assignment contracts or double closings for wholesaling that they would reccomend working with in the Central Arkansas area?

Hi @Wesley Hoover! I don't have a specific connection in the Central AR area, but I do want to pass along this tip: local REIA meetups are often a great place to find these. Either the other investors in the group will know of a great investor-friendly title co or RE attorney, or one of them will be one.
Speaking of Hot Springs . . . did you see that 12-plex that hit the market a few weeks ago? What'd you think?

I was thinking of 416 Campbell Street, but remembering it incorrectly. It is actually a 6-plex, but it stuck in my beancounter as a twelver because it's got 12 beds.
