Looking for landlord in Philadelphia that will rent to a tenant with limited income about 1,000/mo.

When you say Monthly income $1k/month i assume this is for a single person you are seeking housing for , i guess $300/Month room sharing accommodation will possible in philly but when it comes to NO-Credit check NO-Background check then we have to understand the reason Do thy have SSN or not else something to look deep into the reson ..
