    The house is an easy flip. Cosmetics, no structural. 

    A good wholesale deal, usually means you don't need to touch the roof, or siding. Mechanicals are good. Just updates needed.

    I love when I just need to update the kitchen, bathroom, and new paint. Maybe refinish the floors.

    Those deals are suhweeeet!!

    3 weeks in and out BOOM!!
