Given general market turmoil and uncertainty, shifts are taking place. Opportunities will abound for wholesalers that pivot and adjust. What changes are you making, and how are you adjusting medium and long term goals?

Do PPC or FB ads.

Buy up all the properties you can, and keep them. Put a renter in them if you have to.

I am willing to bed, a ton of houses will go on sale soon enough and the price will drop. Good time to get ready for this!

@Jerryll Noorden I agree with online lead gen. Buyers now are more key than ever, we have buyers that have been sitting on the sidelines waiting for a time like this. Our buyers list now is just as important as our marketing.

And you know what? Now people are pretty much FORCED to take things online, and now they realize that if they aren't online they don't exist.

And when this pandemic blows over do you really think they will stop the online thing and go back to flyers? No.

Those that do not step up now, are going to be screwed because now everyone will go online!

Exciting times. Survival of the fittest for sure! I am glad I got my online game polished up years ago!

Now people like us sit on the sidelines with popcorn watching them squirm and panic!
