I have a question for all the wholesalers out there... What’s the best way to get your first deal..? Cold calling , direct mail, or bandit signs? Can someone please let me know . I need help!!! Thanks!!

I started off with cold calling in Columbus, Ohio. I am about to start doing mass texting as well.

Set up a strategy and follow through with it, any method can work. They all cost money or time(same thing right?) commit yourself to something for a few months and you'll yield results.
