Hire a runner to go and take pictures for you. Run an ad in the local Craigslist or ask people you are dealing with locally if they know someone.

What if the owner is not available to be there what can i do to take pictures of the inside of the property?

I live in San Antonio and I might be able to help you. Figure out that issue about getting inside the property and let me know.

Try to find someone on Fiver in that area that takes photo's and let them know exactly what you need and how to go about it. They can send you the photo's or a video done with their phone that you can upload. Or craigslist.

you can find someone who can take pics or you can partner on the deals and JV forever in that market.......yea you may be giving away 50% but you can increase the volume...
