I got this property (lot) in Atlanta 1164 mayland cir, i got it contracted way to high at $105,000 and i am trying to renegotiate the price and try to go lower, are there any tips or if someone can comp this for me.

Have you done your inspection? If not, be sure to hire a 3rd party home inspector at the very least (maybe have a contractor or 2 walk it as well) to help give you reasons (if any exists) to negotiate the price lower.
