New to wholesaleing and just looking for some tips from community
Hey! My name is Dillon Mangrum and I am new here. I have always had such a huge interest in real estate and the last few months ive really spent time to educate myself on it. I ran into wholesaleing and i love the concept of it. It is a great way to get your foot in the door of investing and meeting great people in the field. Ive noticed there are some sketchy wholesalers and some that put a bad name on the industry. I really want to tackle it 100% the correct way and just help my buyers find properites they want and the sellers get the money they want. I really hope to talk to some of yall and learn from more expierenced people!
