Investor Friendly Title Companies in Wyoming

Hi All!!

I just started investing in a new market and have a few deals I am working on.

Does anybody know of an investor friendly Title Company in WYOMING that is familiar with transactional funding deals, back to back or double/simultaneous closings?

I appreciate your help!

Every Title Company should be capable of handling those for you.

Every title company hands that - your best bet is taking a few local ones ask them for a cost sheet workup so you can compare the constant fees and the variable ones so you can make an informed decision on who to work with. Usually the ones with the most review are the best ones from my experience.
