Insurance Broker: Alabama, Kansas, Michigan

We have multiple properties in Alabama, Kansas, Michigan, Texas, Ohio, and Florida.  Soon in Tennessee and North Carolina.

We had all our insurance through NREIG.  It was so easy but they have now become so expensive that the ease of administration is no longer worth it.  I've found a good broker for our properties in Texas and Florida.  I've found they're much more responsive and the coverage and premiums are significantly better.  So on my 'to do' list now is to find similar brokers in AL, KS and MI.

Any recommendations?   Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Lisa,

Try Jason Bott.   I believe the agency he works for, like ours, Is an independent agency, can write in all states and represents multiple Insurance companies.

One of our big advantages as Independent Agents, is the ability to vary the coverage for different Properties with different companies.
