4 new construction SFR in a trust, umbrella or?
Looking for best of both worlds in pricing and protection. I have 4 new SFR that will be completed at various points in April/May this year. They are being bought in a trust and are the only properties in there as of now. Should they have landlord insurance individually or go for an umbrella policy? What do most of you prefer?
