South Florida insurance

I have a concrete block construction duplex out of any flood zone in Riviera beach Florida. Never had any insurance claim, never really had any issues. I am paying $2,800 a year for insurance, the value of the duplex is $210k. Does this seem high? If so I would love some recommendations!
