Hello, BP community,
Are there any lenders on here that provide SBA loans for RV parks? I am aware SBA loans are not as easily found so hopefully there's someone on here that do provide SBA financing services. Any leads are much appreciated.

@David Cheng - So, SBA requires 51% of the income be associated with the owner-occupant. If you can demonstrate this, then there may be some options. For example, an RV Park that also had a restaurant on site and this qualified the applicant to go through SBA.
