looking for lender to provide bridge until refinance, or just refi now

I have a great building that is going to start leasing up in the next couple months after full update. Have a refi coming up in the next two years on a balloon. Looking for lending partner. Please refer me to anyone who is interested. Property is in NW Indiana.

    Post all the information in the classified section here on BiggerPockets and you'll get people to respond. Information I think would be pertinent is:

    - Location

    - Loan amount you're looking to get

    - The property value

    - Any other pertinent information you think would be helpful

    Helpful to know how many units as there are different loan programs depending on the number of units.
