Mortgage Loan Officer. He doesn't do much investing but he is the master of financing. We do all types of financing. We have over 170 lenders, tons of options, even hard money. He's schooling me on all that. I decided to get my license after I received a lot of inaccurate information when obtaining an investment property back in '23. Once I passed my courses I was like ehh maybe I'll take the exam, if I pass, maybe I can help some other investors out and avoid some of the problems I dealt with. If I can make a couple dollars doing it, even better! lol

I'll PM you his info if you like. He doesn't do much investing, but he has done some. He's a little older than me. In his 50s, so he's more settled in right now lol. Where I'm still out chasing investment properties. He has a lot of experience with getting investors financing. So, I'm sure he would definitely be a useful resource for you moving forward. But again, if you want his info. We're all about no pressure. It's stressful enough, you don't need salesman on top of you all the time lol.

Sounds like you're ready to dive in. While STRs near Olympic National Park are appealing, if you're open to out-of-state options, the Midwest has great multifamily and small STR-friendly properties that cash flow from day one. Tons of off-market, undervalued deals, and with the right local team for property management, contractors, and lenders, you can scale remotely without the usual headaches.
