New Investor Interested in STR Seeking Mentor/Partner
I'm new to real estate investing an hoping to connect with someone I can learn from. I am in the process of earning my RE brokers license and have capital to invest. Mortgage Loan Officer. He doesn't do much investing but he is the master of financing. We do all types of financing. We have over 170 lenders, tons of options, even hard money. He's schooling me on all that. I decided to get my license after I received a lot of inaccurate information when obtaining an investment property back in '23. Once I passed my courses I was like ehh maybe I'll take the exam, if I pass, maybe I can help some other investors out and avoid some of the problems I dealt with. If I can make a couple dollars doing it, even better! lol
