Creative Financing Options - Bank Statement New Construction Loans

Fellow Investors.

We are planning to build a new house this year.

Does anyone have contact information for Bank Statement Loan lenders that offer new construction loans for Oner Occupied property? 

I am self employed so traditional financing wont work on this particular project. 

We have found only one who operates in Florida but that company is limited to projects in Florida. We are in Louisiana.
