Need attorney in Pinellas County FL

Need an reference for a good attorney, in the Pinellas County, FL, to file a suit and get an uncontested judgment for me. It's for a note owed to me from a property that was flooded and went down in value. I don't believe the creditor will fight it. Thanks,

we use howard law. few things, do you have a mortgage as well? if not you will first need to get a judgment (attorney cannot guarantee its not contested), then once you get the judgment you could potentially foreclose. if there is no mortgage and its their primary residence you might not be able to foreclose on it in most situations as florida has some pretty strict homestead laws.
realize also this is gonna take 1-2 years.
