Font Change on Forum

The font is indeed different, but both are designed for legibility, previously Open Sans, now Instrument Sans. It looks like the fonts sizes we set as the root size are actually the same between the previous and current UI but I did notice a bug we're addressing that disallowed user set font overrides. If that's what you were using or want to use we'll have that fixed in a jiffy Jules.

    Yeah, once again they have decided that 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it' is a bad idea.....

      I hear ya. Sadly there are some major changes to the forums that need to occur. It's been 4 years since our last major forums overhaul, and I'm sure you've noticed them getting slower and buggier, and the bandaids we've put in place really could only last so long before it required a more substantial rewrite. I hope that the new forums work well for you and would appreciate any feedback you have on them. I tried to be as least disruptive as possible.

    Hey Jules,

    I'd love to learn more about what you mean when you say "I can't read it easily". Is the font too small? Are you having visual crowding, letter bleeding, or mirror image confusion? Is it a color contrast issue? The more detailed we can get the easier it will be to make sure the forum works for everyone.

      When I click on Community the center section with threads appears smaller. The font is different right? It appears smaller, text color is lighter except the bolded titles which also appear smaller. It is just difficult for me to sort through visually and read easily-I'm old but not that old. I also don't see the jump to last response function?
