Hi everyone — I’m Eugeniusz Rogoza. I’ve spent years working in residential construction and new homebuilding on Long Island through E&B Construction / EB Contractor & Design.

My background is on the execution side of real estate: taking a property from plans and approvals through construction, coordinating trades, solving problems in the field, and ultimately delivering the finished product.

I joined BiggerPockets because I’m interested in expanding the network around that work — investors, developers, lenders, brokers, architects, attorneys, and other builders who are actively putting projects together.

I’m especially interested in conversations around new construction, land and redevelopment opportunities, project feasibility, construction costs, and deals where understanding the build side early can change whether the investment actually works.

I’m based on Long Island and happy to be useful where my experience fits. If you’re working on something in the area—or simply want to compare notes on the construction side—feel free to connect.
