Welcome to the BiggerPockets community! You’ve joined a great platform with a tremendous network of knowledgeable and experienced people who are willing to share their insights and help others navigate the many different aspects of the real estate industry.

I’m a real estate agent and investor with diverse experience across several areas of the industry, including construction and development, asset management, property management, real estate investing, brokerage, and real estate company ownership. My goal is always to bring a well-rounded perspective to each opportunity and help connect people with the right resources and professionals.

One of my favorite and most strategic partners for financing and financial solutions—someone I personally work with and regularly utilize for my clients—is @JasonWray. Jason is a Vice President with The Federal Savings Bank and brings more than 30 years of experience in lending, real estate finance, and financial strategy.

    Welcome, Daniel. Wholesaling gets a lot more interesting once you stop treating cash buyers like a list and start treating them like a live map—who buys where, price bands, rehab tolerance, close speed, funding, asset type, all of it.

    That’s a big piece of what we’ve been building on our side: connecting properties, buyers, operators, and deal signals so a good opportunity already has somewhere to go instead of getting blasted into the void.
