Hi ,everyone I'm a rookie. Real estate investor focus on learning and pursuing wholesaling deals. I'm excited to connect with other investors and cash buyers. Looking forward learning from this community.
Welcome to the BiggerPockets community! You’ve joined a great platform with a tremendous network of knowledgeable and experienced people who are willing to share their insights and help others navigate the many different aspects of the real estate industry.
I’m a real estate agent and investor with diverse experience across several areas of the industry, including construction and development, asset management, property management, real estate investing, brokerage, and real estate company ownership. My goal is always to bring a well-rounded perspective to each opportunity and help connect people with the right resources and professionals.
One of my favorite and most strategic partners for financing and financial solutions—someone I personally work with and regularly utilize for my clients—is @JasonWray. Jason is a Vice President with The Federal Savings Bank and brings more than 30 years of experience in lending, real estate finance, and financial strategy.
He’s an incredible resource for investors and real estate professionals, and I’ve found his knowledge and willingness to help to be invaluable.
Looking forward to connecting, learning, and hopefully being a resource for you as you continue your real estate journey!

Welcome, Daniel. Wholesaling gets a lot more interesting once you stop treating cash buyers like a list and start treating them like a live map—who buys where, price bands, rehab tolerance, close speed, funding, asset type, all of it.
That’s a big piece of what we’ve been building on our side: connecting properties, buyers, operators, and deal signals so a good opportunity already has somewhere to go instead of getting blasted into the void.
Start building that buyer graph now while you’re learning. It compounds fast. If you ever want to compare notes or plug into what we’re building, feel free to reach out.
@Daniel Madubuagu Welcome! Wholesaling is a great way to get started and build your network. When you find a deal that needs financing, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to help you explore lending options and get the deal moving.

@Daniel Madubuagu, welcome. Since wholesaling is where you want to start, I’d spend just as much time learning the contract side as you do learning how to find deals and cash buyers. Knowing what you’re agreeing to, your deadlines, and what needs to happen before the deal moves forward can save you a lot of problems later.
I’ve worked with investors where the opportunity itself looked good, but something in the contract, title, ownership, or property history needed attention before the transaction could move forward. Those experiences have taught me that a good deal is not just about finding a buyer. You also need to understand what you’re signing and what you’re responsible for.
It’s good that you’re here to learn before jumping into everything, @Daniel Madubuagu. I’m a real estate attorney and investor in Maryland, so I see a lot of what can happen on the legal side of investor transactions. Happy to stay connected as you get started.
