Hi everyone,
I’m excited to join the BiggerPockets community! I just got back into being a real estate agent in the Indianapolis area for the last few months after taking a few years off. I'm primarily focusing on first and second time home buyers/sellers this time while still working with some investors.
I joined the forums to connect with local investors, learn more from experienced agents, and talk shop about our local market trends. Looking forward to learning from you all and contributing where I can!

Hey Tyler, welcome to the forums! Great to see another agent in the Indy area here. Congrats on getting back into it — first and second-time buyers/sellers is a solid focus, and it's always good to have more agents around who also work with investors. Feel free to reach out anytime, happy to talk shop or compare notes on what you're seeing out in Westfield. Looking forward to seeing you around the forums!

Welcome back to real estate, @Tyler Kohl. I’m both an attorney and a broker, and one thing I’ve learned from working on both sides is how valuable a good agent can be when something unexpected comes up during a transaction. First and second-time clients especially may not always know which questions to ask, so having someone who pays attention to the details can make a big difference.
I’ve worked on transactions where a contract, title, ownership, or other legal issue came up along the way. The agents who recognize early that something needs a closer look can help keep a small issue from becoming a much bigger one.
Glad to connect with you here, @Tyler Kohl. The agent and legal sides of real estate cross paths quite a bit in my work, so I always enjoy connecting with other professionals in the industry. Happy to stay connected and exchange perspectives.
