Hey everyone, I’m Alex! I’m a wholesaler focused on the DFW market, and I’d love to meet more people in real estate. Whether you’re a wholesaler, buyer, seller, or investor, I’m always interested in hearing what you’re working on and how you got started.
I’d love to build relationships where we can pick each other’s brains, share advice, and talk through the challenges we’re running into. I’m especially interested in connecting with buyers and other wholesalers, but I’m happy to chat with anyone who enjoys real estate and fixing up properties.
Id love to connect with everyone feel free to DM me!
Hey Alex! I'm a mortgage loan originator and came across your post. I'm always looking to connect with others in the real estate space, especially those working with investors!
I'd love to hear more about the types of deals you're working on in DFW and what financing challenges you tend to run into with your buyers. Always happy to connect and exchange ideas!
I host a local Small Business& Real Estate Networking Event in Central Dallas @PigggiePiesPizza, on Greenville Avenue; the Third Thursday of the Month. You can find the event posted on Bigger Pockets local events forum, Eventbrite, Facebook & PiggiePiesPizza.com, under "Events"...
I did marketing, sales & Account Management for a SDIRA Custodian, before also starting a full time career in Real Estate. If you are interested in better understand how real estate, promissory note's and private equity investors are diversifying their retirement portfolio, I still enjoy discussing tax benefits, strategies and limitations.
Like you, I am working to grow a small business, from the ground up, but chose to take a short cut... working with New Western, "the nations largest buyer & seller of "Distressed Real Estate". Please let me know if you have not heard of the brokerage, "investor marketplace". I would like to connect & introduce you to an Acquisition agent in our office. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Alex, welcome to the community. Wholesaling can be a great way to build relationships and learn the market, especially when you’re consistently talking with buyers, sellers, and other investors. One thing I’ve found valuable is getting to know people across different parts of the real estate business. You never know when a buyer, lender, contractor, or CPA you connect with ends up being useful on the next deal. And as the business grows, keeping the business and tax side organized from the beginning can save a lot of headaches later. Always good to see people focused on building relationships rather than just chasing the next transaction. Good luck with the DFW market! Happy to connect!
