Hello,

I emailed the support team at the email listed on the site at the beginning of the month, but I haven't seen any replies. Does anyone know if there is a number I can call or another email that is more responsive?

      Im not sure how you responded on September 30th, when I sent in the ticket on October 2nd, but yes if you can reopen the ticket, that would be great.

      Having checked my main inbox and my spam folder, I havent seen any email come through. Can you please verify what email you are sending it to and what email it would be coming from?

      Yes, thank you for your help Ms. Ginyard in resolving my issue through the app sense the emails weren't coming through.
