I like watching the YT real estate gurus and since its something i watch frequently , random related stuff pops up in my feed, i noticed some of the YT realtors mentioning they are currently earning more money in stocks and crypto than real estate, its something i been pondering about getting into but first will get more information.
Its always best to diversify and have your money in multiple areas. I own real estate and have a bunch in stocks and a bit in crypto. I have a few stocks for long-term growth, but the majority I have in REITs. I earn monthly or quarterly dividend payments on that which is just like collecting rent.
