    Helpful break down, thank you. What is your take on pet rules? The Rep I spoke with wasn't clear about whether hosts can dictate what type of pets dogs vs cats for example. Fortunately both my HOAs require leash and waste pick up so I don't have to jump on that bandwagon.

    Honestly Im gonna keep doing what I do for the most part and when I get "caught" Im going to manufacture documents haha
