Hey everyone, I’m Alex! I’m a wholesaler focused on the DFW market, and I’d love to meet more people in real estate. Whether you’re a wholesaler, buyer, seller, or investor, I’m always interested in hearing what you’re working on and how you got started.
I’d love to build relationships where we can pick each other’s brains, share advice, and talk through the challenges we’re running into. I’m especially interested in connecting with buyers and other wholesalers, but I’m happy to chat with anyone who enjoys real estate and fixing up properties.
Id love to connect with everyone feel free to DM me!
I host a local Small Business& Real Estate Networking Event in Central Dallas @PigggiePiesPizza, on Greenville Avenue; the Third Thursday of the Month. You can find the event posted on Bigger Pockets local events forum, Eventbrite, Facebook & PiggiePiesPizza.com, under "Events"...
I did marketing, sales & Account Management for a SDIRA Custodian, before also starting a full time career in Real Estate. If you are interested in better understand how real estate, promissory note's and private equity investors are diversifying their retirement portfolio, I still enjoy discussing tax benefits, strategies and limitations.
Like you, I am working to grow a small business, from the ground up, but chose to take a short cut... working with New Western, "the nations largest buyer & seller of "Distressed Real Estate". Please let me know if you have not heard of the brokerage, "investor marketplace". I would like to connect & introduce you to an Acquisition agent in our office. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hey Alex! I'm a mortgage loan originator and came across your post. I'm always looking to connect with others in the real estate space, especially those working with investors!
I'd love to hear more about the types of deals you're working on in DFW and what financing challenges you tend to run into with your buyers. Always happy to connect and exchange ideas!

Alex, welcome to the community. Wholesaling can be a great way to build relationships and learn the market, especially when you’re consistently talking with buyers, sellers, and other investors. One thing I’ve found valuable is getting to know people across different parts of the real estate business. You never know when a buyer, lender, contractor, or CPA you connect with ends up being useful on the next deal. And as the business grows, keeping the business and tax side organized from the beginning can save a lot of headaches later. Always good to see people focused on building relationships rather than just chasing the next transaction. Good luck with the DFW market! Happy to connect!
Check PAPA + homestead + mortgage before skip — I was burning 60% skip credits on SOLD / owner-occupied / LLC / Canada — now 8% after 50-pull filter — $0 exemption = absentee KEEP, HAS = owner-occupied DO NOT SKIP, new mortgage 2022 $767k / 2024 $775k = SOLD, Total Payable $0.00 Paid green -$284 to -$312 = Clean Letter Only
23-column tracker — Last_Checked_Date + Next_Review_Date + Source_Date + Confidence + Reason — recheck 60-90 days — probate + tax flips MAYBE LATER to HOT
70+ NY/NJ — skip kid 40yr cell not parent 70yr landline — trustee kids more open — call-first then VM→text
2 campaigns — NA 3 touches monthly vs MAYBE LATER 14 days — pull same day when they reply or you get spam flag
DFW to Delray — different markets — same skip credit problem.
Would love to swap notes on filtering + what you're seeing for buyer criteria in DFW vs FL — DM me anytime.
Hey Alex! I'm a newer investor in the Northeast Ohio market. I got my start in real estate with a triplex in Colorado, using the house-hacking strategy before transitioning into long-term and mid-term rentals. Currently, we have two LTRs and one MTR.
We've since relocated back to Ohio to be closer to family, and I'm now learning the fix-and-flip strategy to build some capital for future investments.
I'd love to hear more about your journey as a wholesaler—how you got started, what you've learned along the way, and what's working for you. I've recently started connecting with wholesalers here in Ohio as I search for my first flip, so I'm always interested in learning from others in the business.
On a side note, I used to live in Fort Worth when I was stationed at Carswell AFB. Loved my time down there!
Looking forward to connecting and sharing experiences. Wishing you continued success and blessings on your journey!
