Hello everyone! 馃憢馃徑

I鈥檓 Keysha Taff, a newly active Massachusetts REALTOR庐 with eXp Realty, serving Cape Cod and surrounding areas.

Although I earned my real estate license in 2023, I officially began building my real estate career in April 2026. I鈥檓 still learning, working toward closing my very first deal, and eager to gain practical experience.

I鈥檓 excited to join the BiggerPockets community to learn from experienced agents and investors, ask questions, share experiences, and build genuine professional connections.

I welcome advice, mentorship, and opportunities to grow. Looking forward to learning and succeeding together! 馃彙馃挋

    @Keysha Taff welcome. Licensed in 2023 and really getting going this year is a pretty common path, so don't let that bother you. I have a few colleagues who love working at eXp, so it sounds like you're in a good spot to learn. One thing that helped me was running the numbers on listings like I was buying them myself, rent, taxes, insurance, repairs, vacancy. It makes the investor conversations a lot easier. Owning one yourself at some point teaches even more. Looking forward to hearing about that first closing.

    Welcome to the BiggerPockets community Keysha! Also, congrats on building momentum since April. Are you leaning more towards working with investors in the Cape Cod area?

      Thank you so much for the warm welcome! Cape Cod is definitely one of my focus areas, but I鈥檓 keeping my opportunities open throughout Massachusetts, where I鈥檓 licensed. I鈥檓 interested in connecting with investors and exploring opportunities wherever the numbers make sense. I鈥檓 continuing to learn, build relationships, and expand my experience in the investment side of real estate. Looking forward to growing within the BiggerPockets community!
