Is there an opportunity to negotiate Asking price, or from a seller's standpoint -- it is a cash generating machine and he is not incentivized to sell lower?

In my personal home I have to buy used machines because I have maybe 26" of depth to work with, and there are very few new machines that are suitable. 

I’d rather replace a $500 machine every few years than deal with leaks or bad installs from tenants trying to hook up their own.Plus, you can usually bump rent by $50–$75/month with in-unit laundry, which pays it off pretty quick.

I would use sms with launch control and use deal machine as a list provider and skip tracer.

Have you talked with tenants about ways to reduce sound - rugs, drapes, seal doors and windows, sound machines.

Ran it through the usual Google machine and a paid chat gpt and both said i should already be paid off and entitled a refund .
