There are tons of Youtube tutorials on it -- just search for Facebook optimization or Facebook ads or Facebook pixel -- but make sure you're only watching stuff from this year or the latter half of 2016 since Facebook changed how its pixel works in the middle of last year.  

Now I can't seem to even find any of Brandon's tutorial videos on the site.

I mentioned $3000 because i read in a tutorial, that if you put a deposit to high, you may lose some potential buyers, i don't know if that's true.
