Right now, more than any time in recent history, focusing on location and quality over quantity is where you can absorb costs better and generate better margins.

@Jacklyn Robins  I am biased by my own experience, but I'd encourage you to shift from quantity to quality. 

I'm somewhat familiar with small business accounting as I've run a tiny retail business for the last year and a half and done my own taxes for it.

Sure Iowa and other flyovers are cheap and even have a higher income to COL ratio, but the job markets are tiny compared to SF, LA, DMV, Miami, Philly, and NYC.Want people to move to your market?

They can handle any quantity or style, and their sliding and bi-fold doors are also excellent.

Most institutions won't pay more than 1.5% (and some 1%).  3+% is a solid indicator that sponsor is more focused on quantity over quality.

That is definitely not a beach town and really doesn't have a beach (a yacht club tiny area and Four Freedoms Park).
