I have potential tenants that are in recovery for drug and alcohol use. 

To get ahead, we're going to have to work overtime and give up sleep, time with family, alcohol etc. 

Drink more alcohol..No, Not really. ;)Truthfully though, relaxing more often was one of my new years resolutions for me and my RE businesses.It's only day 2 on this "relaxing" journey and I advise all to partake in it in some way, shape or form. 

If we would have added some alcohol and a bar there may have also been a couple fist fights, so yea.... good stuff.

We are often on the phone when he is pulling up to pick them up from their private school and his Bentley and they are upset because the Wi-Fi is not on for the 10 minute car ride home.I Love telling him to make sure that he at least gives them a couple free and clear properties in the portfolio that will be budgeted towards their drug and alcohol treatment center when they’re adults!

Avoid any spending on extras like alcohol, vacations, Netflix, etc.- Get skills.

People who have this addiction are more likely to gravitate toward other addictive substances too, like drugs and alcohol.

Billions of dollars are being paid through the State Disability System, to ex cons, drug addicts, alcoholics, pedophiles, and those that have used up their unemployment benefits; and then apply to the easy to qualify for Disability program.

:)The only thing that would improve the club (other than free alcohol) would be to increase the already increasing membership!

Previously was a suit factory then a bowling alley that was run down and was not interested in selling alcohol (major issue for a bowling alley) finally a bingo hall, just not a bustling industry demand for bingo.
