@Drew Mullin - My experience is that the vast majority or NEW(er) wholesalers rarely bring decent deals and then quickly disappear.

A vast majority of our investors have never met our company or seen their investment. 

The responsibilities are vastly different.

I’d be happy to show any of you a little of what we do that is vastly different than “get a list” and “cold calling” to hunt for sellers. 

And so, the vast majority sit back and rely on just what we bring to them.

Wholesalers have gotten a bad reputation due to the vast number that bought a Facebook course, watched some YouTube videos, post a number of bandit signs, hire a VA using the same lists 1,000 others are using and see it as a way to make money with no investment. 

I think the platform has great potential, but if you look at the vast majority of posts recently, there area. lot of first post/no vote "investors" that are pretty obviously not real.

The vast majority of the naysayers don't understand how life insurance works. 

Conventional loans require to close in personal name (and you are correct you can trasnfer back over, but that will trigger transfer taxes in FL) and even the vast majoirty of DSCR loan programs do not allow for layered LLC's.
