Mail does work however it must get read and more importantly it must have interaction.  

My PM gave 11 page report from one paid web site which seems takes 3D model, pictures , sizes which seems more accurate than first contractor estimate whose technician  went on top of roof and measured manually.

And that, my friends, is why I am "old school" and hands on and personal with my Guest interactions.

So I understand to scale a training business many times you have to outsource ( don't know if this company is doing that) But out source your lead gen funnel.. pretty tough for the actual owners to respond to all the hits they are going to get if they are out on the web with mass advertising.. 

(I've never interacted with anything with the NACA homebuyer program though)
