Hey all. My name is Dylan and I am from New Jersey. I have a background in web development and automation and am looking to start doing real estate full time now. I was just wondering if anyone had any good words of wisdom for me or any cool ideas for automating data feeds (liens being filed, running all properties in a town to see tax status, etc).
