Also condos can also be challenging not only based on rental restrictions but condo fees that add up and when you try to sell there may be multiple identical units available which can make them trickier to sell.

I cannot stress the importance of the design and theme of your home being something nice and modern in the common areas, along with creating some sort of a wow factor, whether that be a theater room, game room in the garage, and or the theming of multiple bedrooms to be a relevant Disney character or movie design.
