Getting back into REI full time

Hi,
My name is Chris
I began investing in real estate in 2009, building a small portfolio before stepping away due to family and health priorities that required liquidating my holdings. I transitioned into the corporate world longer than intended, but I’m now fully re-engaged in real estate investing.

In 2024, I acquired an Airbnb property that has achieved near-100% occupancy, reaffirming my focus on active property operations. I recently sold my final long-term rental and now have capital positioned to return to flipping in my local market.

Additionally, I’m exploring out-of-state flip opportunities in my hometown, where established personal connections provide reliable local support.

I look forward to connecting with other investors, sharing insights, and identifying new flip opportunities in the NW Florida panhandle area or in the Dayton, Ohio area.
