@Elton John - I'd go to Star Hardware in Hartford and ask them who buys a lot of windows from them and see if they can give you a phone number.

I think going slightly lower than the average ADR will get those slots filled + a great product that stands out.

I would not want them as tenants anyway, and usually I can still be productive with my time spent waiting (never more than 15 minutes).Part 2 of my screening, for those that do show up, after they have had a look around, is to wait and see if they are interested enough to ASK about the application process.
