I do not currently have any properties in west Salem but I do know the area and have family that live in both the newer area in the hills and some what older area near Salemtowne; I have previously lived in west Salem and helped develop one of if not the largest apartment complex there in west Salem. 

We couldn't even run the water or turn on any lights when looking at the property so don't even know if everything is functioning properly. 

Did I mention my fiancé is senior commercial lender at The Cecilian Bank which is the areas largest community bank. 

Fayetteville has a large military rental market considering it is home to of one of the largest military base in the US.

Very close to the 3 largest employers in the city.

PPS: There is a search function on the FilePlace page (not the contract sub page) and searching for "lease" or "agreement" produces a number of state-specific results.

There are 4 tests each property has to pass to function under its HBU. 

You probably don't do your own legal, accounting, plumbing, etc. so why on maybe the largest transactions of your life ever try to do it yourself.
