I know there is a way to find the address of a property using Airbnb listing (but i dont know the method). you can also get involved in local facebook groups and become know as the person that knows a lot about the area and rentals.

You have to dig through TCAD records and city zoning maps, which is a pain.So I made a free tool that does it for you: https://austinadu.comJust type in an address and it pulls up the lot size, zoning, permit history, and tells you if you can add units.
