Selling 11 properties after divorce

Hey 👋

Looking for any advice and recommendations.

I have 11 doors (2 quads and 3 single) that I split 50/50 with my ex several years ago.

I’d like to sell them all to and use that profits to invest in other things.

My ex is fighting me because he’s lived rent free in one of the quads and he doesn’t want to move.

I am looking for recommendations in the Nashville area for the following:

-Financial Advisor

-Real Estate Attorney

-CPA

I’m also open to any advice for recommendations or experience in this.

I currently own a Home Improvement Company in Nashville and have a lot of experience in rehabbing houses so I’m looking at using that money to do some flips in the future.

TIA!

If they are split 50:50-then when you split the properties, why not put the one he's staying in in his half?
