New Pro Member in NH!

Hi!  I'm Robin.  I am a new Pro member in New Hampshire, right on the Massachusetts border.  I have been interested in real estate my entire life (grew up renovating houses with my dad).  I was laid off from an IT job last summer and also lost both of my parents in the last year, which left me (along with 2 siblings) with 3 inherited homes in MA.  Knowing this was coming, I started to take real estate classes online to simply learn more about RE and the laws and taxes/gains, etc.  In the meantime, I found Bigger Pockets and have been addicted to the podcasts ever since.  I am not sure where I want to start, but I know I don't really want to go back to sitting behind a desk on Teams calls.  My brothers are not interested in being landlords so my next steps are either selling and starting with my 3rd of that money with my own venture or buying them out of some portion of a single family and 2 multi-families.  Like many rookies, I drive around and jot down addresses of houses that look distressed, scroll Airbnb and check out properties, research neighborhoods online, and have about 100 saved properties on redfin and zillow.  I am all over the place and have no idea where I will start.  So, I decided to start here and introduce myself and lean into this community.  I am in Pelham, NH so if anyone is local to that area, please let me know.
