Google the employer name with "employee payroll auto deposit" to confirm they do this.Check the paystub(s) to see if there is auto-deposit info on it - usually has "xxxx1234" (last 4 digits of bank account number).If it does NOT have this info, then ask applicant to explain why not.If it does, then ask for the most recent bank staement with matching account number- all pages, no blackout allowed.Check the bank statement for matching payroll deposits.We've only seen one FAKE bank statement so far - and it was a really bad copy and paste.

It's just a list of names and numbers.There's no clear specialty or specific example of how they can help.The advertising is what is turning agents and lenders into a commodity.There's got to be a benefit.I don't want to call 10 agents and still not get the help I need because they hate investors for some reason.I want to only call those who can help my specific situation.Whether I'm in probate or an investor buying rentals.It doesn't include being a likable person if you do get a phone call.If you can niche down, specialize in one thing, that alone will give you an advantage.Because then you'll be found for that one thing in AI and google searches.Just something to think about.
